Why the bloom not

Bank holiday weekends are for hanging out with blossom trees and wearing trousers with even larger flowers on them!

Trilogy Rosehip Oil

Trilogy Rosehip oil is a lightweight 100% natural face oil that is perfect for getting a summer glow.  It restores and maintains healthy radiant skin so you can look fresh and beautiful without any help.  When the sun comes out and I start to get a gentle summer tan I give make up a miss more and more.  This rich oil contains Omega 3, 6 and 9 and antioxidants to give smooth, clear skin.  Just use a few drops on face or body, it even clears up blemishes and scars.

Topshop Espadrilles

Goodbye tights!  Hello espadrilles!

I have to say I am not usually an espadrille girl, however these beauties (yes they do look rather like a designer pair I am sure you have had your eye on) have changed all that.  Super soft suede with leather toe caps in classic black they give a weekend Parisian edge to any outfit.  For a lazy Sunday add breton in either a tee or skirt and finish with a pair of Moschino shades.  Now where's the Gin and Tonic?

Just a quick behind the scenes pic from the shoot on Saturday.  You don't think I actually went for a walk in those beautiful heels you?

Estella Bartlett Bug

This delicate gold beetle necklace is by jewellery designer Estella Bartlett.  My boyfriend picked this one up in a lovely boutique in Tunbridge Wells but she is stocked in a huge amount of locations and on her gorgeous website.  Now all I need is someone to settle our argument... stag or dung?  Pick up a fox, an acorn or a songbird at www.estellabartlett.co.uk .

Aurelia Miracle Cleanser

Nothing finishes a long busy day like removing your make-up with a luxury cleanser.

Recently discovered British skincare brand Aurelia focus on probiotic and organic ingredients to make their beautiful range.  Their award winning Miracle Cleanser uses Chamomile, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and Bergamot to create a soothing, moisture filled cream that leaves skin soft and deeply clean.   It is quick to use and at only £34 feels far more expensive.  Hydrating the skin whilst soothing it creates a dewey radiant glow after just one use.

My new favourite product and a joy to use.  Happiness now comes in a beautiful pink jar.  I can't wait to try the rest of the range.

Pink on Pink

A lazy Saturday morning in the dappled sunshine of the bluebell woods at home is a huge contrast to my busy week in London. This old Iron Works has the most stunning landscape and glossy copper coloured streams.  I paired my new oversized pink printed coat with my Dorothy Perkins city shorts.  The shorts are now in the sale in both pink and blue at only £12 and are ideal for work!  What better way to spend the morning.

Silver City

Today was spent browsing beautiful boutiques and sipping coffee in street cafes with the boyfriend. We are enjoying a long weekend as part of my birthday and started this in our nearest town that does not consist of only one pub and a village shop, Tunbridge Wells.  A simple old classic trench coat and my new silver leather brogues made for the perfect weekend outfit.  We stocked up on beautiful pots, coffee mugs and jewellery from some of the stunning shops that are good enough to live in. After wandering the streets we disappeared back into the depths  of the country for a pub lunch and fresh flowers - well something had to go in the new pots!

Davines haircare and Sunshine

There is nothing I love more than a lovely, luxury beauty brand and recently I discovered Davines.  I can't decide what I adore more, the beautiful packaging or the products themselves.  This Relaxing moisturizing fluid conditions, eliminates frizz and creates light and shiny hair.  It is easy to use, you just apply a small amount to damp hair and style.  The fluid reacts with heat creating a perfect look. Take a look at the Davines website for all the gorgeous products and pic this one up for a little styling treat x

London Town and Mixing Prints

It is almost bare legs weather...almost.  But for now I am still clinging to a coat and tights. Just a few pics from last week working in London and mixing oxblood leopard print with red check. Come on Summer.
