GODDIVA does Chelsea

Louise Thompson is doing rather well from Made in Chelsea.  The cute, pint sized Chelsea Girl has pushed her great sense of style to develop her range with online fashion store Goddiva to bring out a collection of party dresses, blouses, print trousers and her signature tweed jacket.  I went along to her launch party to view and do some trying on last night and was really impressed.  The dresses are perfect for Christmas with lots of embellishment and body-con styling.  Louise was there to chat through her range, while we enjoyed cocktails, mini burgers and great hosting.  I left will Goddiva's Studded Boucle Blazer which is online now for just £45 (above).  I also have my eye on a few of her dresses for the party season.

Keep an eye out and I will be post some pictures of the jacket and how I will be styling it shortly.

Thank you for a lovely event.  What a great collection at great prices.

Somerset

After Somerset by Alice Temperley's hugely successful Autumn Winter collection for John Lewis, I went along to visit the Spring Summer 2013 collection at their Press Event.  It did not disappoint.  Very Temperley, very classic, with beautiful fabrics and colours.  The spring collection was classically nautical with lots of creams and whites and navy stripes.  The summer range is far more etherial - perfect for a beach to bar look in the South of France.  The gorgeous collection of shoes were top of my list, and I am still salivating over the nude leather wedges!  Other key items in the collection were the high waisted cream trousers for Spring, and the Wedgewood Pottery style Print silk jumpsuit.  These are pieces that will last forever and never date.

Currently in the Winter Temperley collection I am loving Albany black suede boots at £160 and the Camel Cocoon dress at £120 - check them out xx

I'll be your Florence

Last week I was kindly invited along to Florence and Fred's Spring Summer 2013 Press Event.  The strong collections included a gorgeous range of 60s inspired skirt and shorts suits in monochrome stripes and scarlet. These pieces were all priced at around £20 to £30 so a great spring pick-me-up. One of my favorite pieces was the black clutch with black fastenings which looked like it had dropped straight from the catwalk.  The full floral peach print silky pant suit will also be joining my wardrobe in the summer.  After the event I chose a few great pieces from the current Christmas collection, including this gorgeous navy and black Guipure dress and my new Christmas day dress, this navy velvet pencil classic.  They are both beautiful and a complete bargain at only £20 each!  Great collections F&F x

Wish this was all in my wardrobe (dot com)

I was kindly invited along to mywardrobe.com's Press Event to showcase their colourful Spring collection for 2013.  The Luxury Online Fashion Brand is one of my favourite go-to shopping stores stocking everything I have previously viewed in my stack of that months glossy magazines.  This collection was better that ever, and although it's only November it was already so nice to see hits of colour.  Neon is back again in a big way, along with stunning graphic prints, animal faced bikinis and huge leather Bags courtesy of Lim's 3.1 brand.  The jewellery is bold and bling and I will be pairing mine with the perfect McQ yellow leather skirt or the selection of Preen dresses that look like they belong in a sweet shop.  Im excited already!

Until then check out the fashion site now for a few of my Christmas Favourites!  Enjoy x

To the Gym...

Now these are some serious Autumn Trainers!  Aldo's all black sports shoe inspired by Marant's Wedge Sneakers have black studs all down one side.  The suede gives them a rather chic look don't you think?  An season staple to wear with denim and dresses - perfect.

Tis the season for cocktails

It is not November, which means it is almost expectable for me to get overly excited about the party season and Christmas.  Well Miners obviously agree as I just received these Cocktail Kiss Lip Glosses in the post.  Three colours - the third has taken permanent residence in my handbag - in a shiny, shimmery, cocktail scented gloss.  PERFECT!  Thick but not sticky and plenty of colour to win me over.  Currently only available at Harrods.

P.S - Check out this perfect gift of stencils from Urban Outfitters with phrases such as 'Be who you want to be' and 'Dream Big and Small'.  Well santa would approve.

Im sure I will post the odd bit of wedding planning on here for you, and maybe even the dress eventually. Until then...xx

Black and white and gold all over

These are the beautiful skinny rings that I posted before here by Crystal and Stone.  I wanted to show you close up how stunning they are.  Stack them with other rings or wear simply on their own for full skinny impact.  Treat yourself to a few this month as a little winter treat.

It's when you find an item as perfect as these black ankle boots that you remember the golden rule - fashion should be fun.  These black leather Delta's from Office Shoes have gunmetal toe caps and a cut out metal heel with studs.  What better way to leap into Winter fashion than with these on your feet?  Complete the laid back but super fashion look with bare legs, a metallic mini, chunky knit and vintage pea coat.  Pick up your pair now before they fly. Thanks Office x
